The Jeanne Clery Act is a landmark federal law, originally known as the Campus Security Act, which requires colleges and universities across the United States to disclose information about crime on their campus. As part of this act, we are required to devise and test the emergency response and notification system on the NMSU main campus. We are also required to conduct a fire drill at each of our campus student housing facilities. Each year we publish an annual Fire Safety report to support the data collected. We have reports for the following years: 2020, 2021, and 2022.
